1890 Universities Foundation Congratulates Former Congresswoman Xochitl Torres as the New Incoming Deputy Secretary for the USDA

This week, the 1890 Universities Foundation extended its congratulations on the recent confirmation by the U.S. Senate of former U.S. Congresswoman Xochitl Torres as Deputy Secretary to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
