From MS-CC …
In coordination with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Florida A&M University, the MS-CC is launching a research internship program in summer 2024 to provide students the opportunity to engage in data-intensive climate research among students, faculty mentors, and climate science researchers. The program is funded by a National Science Foundation award and is part of the MS-CC Climate Science Collaboratory.
Program Highlights
10-week program hosted at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Program begins on June 3, 2024, and concludes on August 9, 2024.
Program covers airfare, housing, meals, and a $7,000 stipend per student for the duration of the 10 weeks.
First two weeks include training and instruction at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, followed by eight weeks working on a team-based research project.
